Meditation at Work℠ is a practical, hands-on program to provide you and your team with the information and tools you need to incorporate a daily meditation practice into your life, at work and at home. Meditation has been shown to not only improve personal health and well-being, but also to boost productivity and reduce costs for businesses.

You’ll practice breath-based meditation, ending with a simple six minute daily meditation practice that you can easily incorporate into your busy life. You’ll receive practical guidance to assist you after the workshop.
The program also includes a copy of Peace is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh, and two weeks of daily phone or Skype group meditation sessions (Mon-Fri) to help you develop and maintain a daily practice.
